You know that feeling when the holidays roll in and suddenly you’re everyone’s go-to person? The baker, the shopper, the host, the peacekeeper… basically Santa and his entire team. Somewhere between gift wrapping and office potlucks, you realize....you’ve said yes to everything.
The result? You’re running on caffeine, cortisol, and pure willpower by mid-December. The tree is decorated, the Holiday music is on repeat, but your nervous system is quietly waving a white flag.
